Alfred’s Basic Prep Course is specifically designed for beginners five years old and up. With appealing music and attractive illustrations it also takes into consideration the normal attention span and the small-sized hands of young children. Use it alone or with the other books in the series: Technic, Solo/Recital, or Theory. They really work well together as the songs co-ordinate with each other and for each new concept taught in the Lesson book there is matching warm-up, a solo piece, or theory work.
