A full size Stradivari pattern “Gliga Vasile Superior" Series Violin. This violin is handcrafted in workshops directly supervised by Mr Vasile Gliga, and features highly flamed and naturally aged Sycamore Maple employed for back, neck and ribs, and a close grained Carpatian resonance Spruce top. All timbers are highly seasoned and refined. The outline of the instrument's body is deepened and the plates are precisely graduated. Special attention has been given to the deeply etched and well highlighted scroll. A greater number of coats of varnish are applied. All fittings manufactured by the Gliga company. This violin features Ebony heart pegs with white ball, an Ebony Hill style tailpiece with a white fret, an Ebony Guarneri style chin rest, an aged Maple bridge, an Ebony fingerboard, and includes a quality oblong case and an Articul carbon bow.
